Consignment Sale Fall 2022

Thursday, 10/20-Saturday, 10/22

Tri-State Christian Academy has two Kids Consignment Sales yearly to raise money for scholarships for children who cannot afford the full tuition. The sales have everything you can imagine for children.  You can visit our website at www.tcakids.weebly.com or Facebook group for more information.

What is a Consignment Sale?

Our consignment sale is for anyone wanting to sell gently used or even new kids’ items. You pay a $10 fee to be a consignor and then price your items and bring them to Mercy Baptist Church in Weirton. We sell them for you and do the advertising through Facebook, our school’s website and signs around town. We literally sell thousands of items in a few days.  We keep 40% of the sale and you get 60%. Easy, huh?

Another bonus for being a consignor is an early shopping day. We have a time set up for consignors only to shop before the sale starts.

Things you need to know before consigning:

We will not allow anything in the sale that has a hole or is ripped, stained, dingy, shabby, old or vulgar. We are a Christian school and strive to be like Christ in all things.

When you bring your items to the church, they must be separated by boy/girl and size and you must help hang the items.

You will be assigned a consignor number and use that to make your price tags. Please see the document “How to Make Your Price Tags” on our FB group page. This is how you get paid, so always remember to put your consignor number on your price tag.
